Usage Charge

Record metered usage charges under a recurring application charge.

Usage charges are individual metered billing events attached to a recurring application charge. Apps record them to report per-unit consumption (such as the number of transactions or API calls) against the charge's agreed billing cap.

Provides endpoints to create new usage charges, list all usage charges for a recurring charge, and retrieve a single usage charge by ID.
