Bill merchants a one-time fee for app usage or setup.

One-time application charges are non-recurring fees that app developers bill to merchants for a single transaction, such as a one-off purchase or setup fee. After creation, the merchant is redirected to a confirmation URL to approve the charge before it becomes active.

Provides endpoints to create one-time charges, retrieve charge details, list all charges for the current store, and view the transaction history for a charge.
