# Orders

> Shoplazza AI Toolkit prompts for the shoplazza-orders skill: find a buyer's orders, ship, fix tracking, refund under the safety protocol, and mark paid.

Natural-language prompts for the `shoplazza-orders` skill — post-sale fulfillment. Prefix each request with `/shoplazza-orders`, then describe the task.

## Prerequisites

* [Get started](../get-started)
* Authenticate against your store: `shoplazza auth login --store-domain <domain> --domain orders`

## Examples

### 1. Look up a customer's orders (a domain boundary)

```
/shoplazza-orders Show me the orders placed by tom@example.com
```

Searching orders by customer email belongs to `orders`. The customer *profile* itself belongs to [`customers`](../skills#pick-the-right-domain).

### 2. Ship an order

```
/shoplazza-orders Ship order 660011 with tracking number SF1234567890
```

Runs `orders +ship --order-id 660011` with the tracking number.

### 3. Update tracking

```
/shoplazza-orders I entered the wrong tracking number on that last order — change it to SF9999999999
```

Runs `orders +update-tracking` to correct the fulfillment.

### 4. Partial refund (fund operation)

```
/shoplazza-orders Refund 15.50 to the buyer on order 660011, note "wrong size", restock the item
```

This moves money, so the agent follows the safety protocol: it previews the refund with `--dry-run`, restates the amount, note, and restock behavior, and waits for your explicit confirmation before executing.

### 5. Mark as paid

```
/shoplazza-orders The customer paid order 660011 offline via PayPal, transaction TX789 — mark it paid
```

Marks the order paid with the given transaction reference.

### 6. Post-sale dashboard

```
/shoplazza-orders How many orders were placed during the sale in total?
```

Runs `orders +count` over the sale window and returns the total.
