# Billing

> Shoplazza AI Toolkit prompts for the shoplazza-billing skill: one-time charges, recurring subscriptions, usage records, transactions, and cancellation.

Natural-language prompts for the `shoplazza-billing` skill — charging merchants for your app. Prefix each request with `/shoplazza-billing`, then describe the task.

## Prerequisites

* [Get started](../get-started)
* Authenticate against your store: `shoplazza auth login --store-domain <domain> --domain billing`

## Examples

### 1. Create a one-time charge

```
/shoplazza-billing Create a one-time charge of $49 for the Pro setup
```

Runs `billing one-time create`. As a write, the agent previews with `--dry-run` and confirms first.

### 2. Create a recurring subscription

```
/shoplazza-billing Set up a monthly $19 subscription for this merchant
```

Runs `billing recurring create`.

### 3. Record usage-based billing

```
/shoplazza-billing Log 1,000 API calls as a usage charge on subscription 123
```

Runs `billing usage create` against that subscription.

### 4. Check a subscription's transactions

```
/shoplazza-billing Show the transactions for subscription 123
```

Runs `billing recurring transactions --params '{"subscription_id":"123"}'`.

### 5. Cancel a subscription

```
/shoplazza-billing Cancel subscription 123
```

Runs `billing recurring cancel`. The agent previews and confirms before cancelling.

## Domain boundary

This skill covers **app charges** (billing a merchant for your app). A **buyer's** order payments and refunds belong to [`/shoplazza-orders`](./orders), not billing.
